The hotel has an excellent location with the excellent Le Morne mountain as a backdrop. Staff members were very helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was large and comfortable with garden and sea views.

I experienced a delay in getting assistance with a minor room maintenance issue.

The hotel staff provided efficient service and was present at all times (they were very attentive!). The restaurant and guest assistance teams were always ready to help with anything i needed. The managers were also quite helpful.
